To be considered a part of Alesia and Brennan’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Alesia and Brennan have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
April 16th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Children 0 - 17 must stay in room with at least one adult.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
November 10th, 2025 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
November 25th, 2025 40% of total room block is due.
January 25th, 2026 20% of total room block is due
February 25th, 2026 Remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before November 15th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between November 15th, 2025 and January 20th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%.
Between January 20th, 2026 and February 25th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 60%.
Between February 25th, 2026 and April 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 80%.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after April 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Zöetry Casa del Mar will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Zöetry Casa del Mar and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Zöetry Casa del Mar.

You will fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)
Ground transportation costs to Zöetry Casa del Mar and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Alesia and Brennan, we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Transcabo; you can book your service below.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travelinsured.com) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Mexico Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
