Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations. Our wedding is on Saturday, September 27th, 2025.

To be included in Alexandria and Antonio’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Low contracted group rates that have been secured by Alexandria and Antonio with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.

All room reservations are first-come, first-served based on order of deposit.
If you want a room that has sold-out, or would like to upgrade to a different room, let us know and we will check availability and pricing.
July 24th 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 13 years of age, three adults and one child under 13 years of age or four adults and no children based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).
Children 2 years old and under are free when sharing a room with one or two accompanying adults; when sharing with only one (1) accompanying adult, the adult will be charged the single occupancy rate.
Children 3 years old up to 12 years old are subject to the charge indicated above, per child, per night, when sharing the room with two (2) accompanying adults; when sharing the room with only one (1) accompanying adult, adult will be charged the adult single occupancy rate per night and the child will be charged the same child rate set above, per child, per night.
Child prices are based on age at time of check in.

Making Multiple/Monthly Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts with the same or different credit cards, as long as you’re following the payment schedule above. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest international airport to Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
We need your flight info by July 27th, 2025 to provide the included ground transportation with your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.
Group rate non-stop ground trip ground transportation can be reserved for you on the booking form if selected.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR TRIP
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before May 4th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between May 4th, 2025 and June 4th, 2025 you may cancel 20% of the room night commitment without fees. Any room nights cancelled above this threshold will be charged at 10% of the cancelled nights.
Between June 4th, 2025 and July 17th, 2025 You may cancel 10% of the room night commitment without fees. Any room nights cancelled above this threshold will be charged at 30% of the cancelled nights.
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after July 17th, 2024, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Hyatt Ziva Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
cANCELLATION POLICY
TRAVEL PROTECTION
**If you have any questions about the insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is definitely important and I recommend it for everyone. We personally buy it for our trips. However, the option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), Optional Bed Rest which helps cover onsite quarantine expenses, and other add-on options. Travel Insured is the insurance company we personally use and suggest to others but you are welcome to purchase travel insurance through any entity that you choose.

TRANSPORTATION
For Alexandria and Antonio’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $50 per person, round trip.
We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not viable in the Riviera Maya.
You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.
Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. But for emergencies, please reach out to Mayaland directly at 1 (877) 240 5864 or info@airportconciergeservice.com. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s never guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, just not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
