Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Cancun, is one of Cancun’s newest family-friendly, swanky beachfront all-inclusive resorts It is located in the tranquil Costa Mujeres neighborhood next to Playa Mujeres Golf Club just 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport.
Views from this paradise overlook the aquamarine waters of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy pool, beach or spa days in the heart of this lush tropical landscape with your choice of over 7 restaurants and 4 bars. In addition to these, you also have access to Garza Blanca’s neighboring sister resort, Villa del Palmar Cancun. The two resorts are connected via the beach and an indoor passageway. To be considered a part of Alicia and Robert’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur a penalties fees for those that book outside the room block.
To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Garza Blanca Cancun, as part of the wedding group.
All guests must stay all-inclusive at the resorts.
Garza Blanca does not sell day passes to guests staying at a different resort outside of the Room Block.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
Please note that Ocean View rooms at Garza Blanca will be on the ocean side of the resort. Your room may only have a partial ocean view from your patio/terrace.
February 28th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
Child Policies:
Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 12. Exceeding children will be charged the adult occupancy rate. 1 Free Child age 0 - 1 is permitted in rooms with only 1 King Bed.
When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
If booking more than two children, your invoice will be manually updated after booking to reflect the correct rate.

A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
October 1st, 2026: $300 deposit due.
October 5th, 2026: Payment of 2 nights required.
February 1st, 2027: Remaining balance due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before October 5th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
Between October 5th, 2026 and January 5th, 2027 any reduction in room nights will result in a one room night per person penalty based on the category cancelled.
Between January 5th, 2027 and February 1st, 2027 any reduction in room nights will result in a two night per person penalty based on category cancelled.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers on or after February 1st, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Ground transportation costs to Garza Blanca Cancun and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Alicia and Robert we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.
Ground transfers require purchase 48 hours prior to travel
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
