Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Friday, April 10th, 2026.

To be included in Ali and Kevin’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this group Unico 20°87° will charge $302 per person per day per wedding event.

February 6th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.
For most Resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of the Resort”, please consider your Ocean View room may only have a partial Ocean View from the patio/terrace.
Unico 20°87°, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Unico 20°87° is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
There are limited room types available for these group rates. Room categories are available on a “first-come first-served basis.”
November 25th, 2025 Latest date to reserve a room with a $100 Deposit.
December 1st, 2025 Latest date to pay 60% of total room cost.
January 10th, 2026 Latest date to pay remaining balance.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to see your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards, as long as you are abiding by the payment schedule at minimum. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Ground transportation costs to Unico and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Ali and Kevin we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
Buying travel insurance is SO important in getting your money back should the unexpected happen!
**If you have any questions about insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before November 20th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between November 20th, 2025 and December 20th, 2025 any room nights cancelled will be charged at 50%
Between December 20th, 2025 and January 20th, 2026, any room nights cancelled will be charged at 60%
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 20th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms
Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.
cANCELLATION POLICY
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
