Our Hacienda Stay:
The Riviera Maya Haciendas are 4 neighboring, beach-front Haciendas in the beautiful, lush, gated golf and marina community of Puerto Aventuras in the Riviera Maya of Mexico. These luxurious haciendas are all connected, creating a fun, intimate event space for our close friends and family. Each hacienda has its own pool and shared beach. The Haciendas are walking distance from the marina’s restaurants, bars, boats and golf. All suites have unique layout, furniture, decor and in suite bathrooms.

To be considered a part of Angie and Luis’ Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method. Angie and Luis have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
Specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms, bedding or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
March 22nd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
March 1st, 2026 - $300 to reserve your room must be paid.
March 4th, 2026 - Remaining balance due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
3.6% credit card fee applies.
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before March 1st, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after March 4th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night stay is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Riviera Maya Haciendas will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Riviera Maya Haciendas and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Riviera Maya Haciendas.
cANCELLATION POLICY

TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Ground transportation costs to Riviera Maya Haciendas and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Angie and Luis we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel .
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

Resorts and hotels in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a single accessible guest room that is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request the accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
