Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Friday, April 11th, 2025.

To be considered a part of Anna and Chris’ Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this room block your room will be charged $192 per person per wedding event to attend. We offer contracted group rates that have been secured by Anna and Chris with a pre paid deposit on each room.

A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
There are limited room types available for these group rates. Room categories are available on a “first-come first-served basis.”
November 21st, 2024 $100 Deposit must be made to reserve a room.
November 22nd, 2024 60% of total room cost is due.
January 20th, 2025 Remaining balance is due.
***If you need to book between November 22nd and January 20th, the rates and room availability are not guaranteed and you would also need to pay in full.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive a payment confirmation to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link.
On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date January 5th, 2025 with the same or different credit cards, as long as you are abiding by the payment schedule at minimum. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance. Zero Credit Card Fees
TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
We will need your flight info by February 7th, 2025 to provide the ground transportation company your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.
You may also select to book your own ground transportation to Unico 20°87° and back to the airport if you wish.
The Tulum airport only offers taxis at this time.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before November 22nd, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between November 22nd, 2024 and December 22nd, 2024, by 20% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. Any room nights released above the 20% allowed will be charged 50% of the room revenue cancelled. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between December 22nd, 2024 and January 20th, 2025, by 10% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. Any room nights released above the 10% allowed will be charged 60% of the room revenue cancelled. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 20th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.
cANCELLATION POLICY
**If you have any questions about insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.
Anna and Chris’ wedding group has secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $151.25 per person, round trip.
We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not viable in the Riviera Maya
You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.
Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.
(We do not need your flight info if you book your own transfer).
If you’d like to add this service to your booking, please do so on the group booking page.
Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. But for emergencies, please reach out to Mayaland directly at 1 (877) 240 5864 or info@airportconciergeservice.com. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
