To be considered a part of Arauna and Rafael’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Arauna and Rafael and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

  1. February 8th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  2. Secrets and Dreams Playa Mujeres, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

  3. Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

  4. Secret’s Playa Mujeres is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

  5. Dreams/Secrets Playa Mujeres: Maximum occupancy in room:

    • 2 adults + 2 children under 13 years old, 3 adults + 1 child under 13 years old or 1 adult + 3 children under 13 years old.

    • Preferred Swim Out rooms and Preferred Private Pool Rooms have an age restriction; minimum age allowed on these rooms are from 13 years and older. No exceptions apply due the resort policies.

  6. Quadruple adult rooms not allowed. Triple rooms allowed only at Tropical View and Partial Ocean View category subject availability of bedding.

  7. Secret’s Playa Mujeres guests have access to Dreams Playa Mujeres amenities.

You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Ground transportation costs to Dreams and Secrets Playa Mujeres and back to the airport is not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.

For Arauna and Rafael we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.

All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

  • November 15th, 2025 $100 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.

  • November 20th, 2025 40% of your room balance is due.

  • January 20th, 2026 The remaining balance is due.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email at the end of the day. Click ‘reply’, scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

  • Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest international airport to Dreams and Secrets Playa Mujeres.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

  • FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 20th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between November 20th, 2025 and December 20th, 2025, by 30% . Exceeding reductions will be charged 20% of the original nights booked.

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between December 20th, 2025 and January 20th, 2026, by 20% . Exceeding reductions will be charged 40% of the original nights booked.

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between January 20th, 2026 and February 1st, 2026, by 5% . Exceeding reductions will be charged 100% of the original nights booked. Complete cancellation will result in a 100% penalty of entire stay.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 1st, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Dreams and Secrets Playa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Dreams and Secrets Playa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Dreams and Secrets Playa Mujeres.

cANCELLATION POLICY

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.

Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
