Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Cancun, is one of Cancun’s newest family-friendly, swanky beachfront all-inclusive resorts It is located in the tranquil Costa Mujeres neighborhood next to Playa Mujeres Golf Club just 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport.

Views from this paradise overlook the aquamarine waters of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy pool, beach or spa days in the heart of this lush tropical landscape with your choice of over 7 restaurants and 4 bars. In addition to these, you also have access to Garza Blanca’s neighboring sister resort, Villa del Palmar Cancun. The two resorts are connected via the beach and an indoor passageway. Ready To Reserve?

To be considered a part of Arielle and Brian’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this group, the resort will charge a penalty fee to Arielle and Brian.

  1. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Garza Blanca Cancun as part of the wedding group.

  2. All guests must stay all-inclusive at the resort.

  3. Garza Blanca does not sell day passes to guests staying at a different resort.

  4. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  5. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  6. June 6th 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  7. Maximum 2 free children per room ages 4 - 12. Children Ages 0 - 3 free

  8. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.

  9. When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE


A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

  • January 18th, 2025 $100 to reserve your room must be paid.

  • January 23rd, 2025 Payment of 2 nights must be made.

  • April 24th, 2025 Remaining balance due.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

  • You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

  • We do need your flight info by June 6th, ‎2025 to provide the ground transportation company your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.

  • You can also book your own ground transportation to Garza Blanca Cancun and back to the airport if you wish.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT

TRANSPORTATION

Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.

For Arielle and Brian’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $85 per person, round trip.

We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not reliable in the Riviera Maya.

You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.

Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

If you’d like to add this service to your booking, please do so on the group booking page.

Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. But for emergencies, please reach out to Mayaland directly at 1 (877) 240 5864 or info@airportconciergeservice.com. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before January 23rd, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between January 23rd, 2025 and April 24th, 2025, you may reduce up to 20% of the booked room nights without penalty. A one room night per person penalty will apply for category of room nights cancelled beyond the allowed 20%.

  • Between April 24th, 2025 and May 24th, 2025, any reduction in room nights will result in a two night per person penalty based on category cancelled.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after May 24th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

cANCELLATION POLICY

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.

Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
