SLS Playa Mujeres, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes unless specified in the room category, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request queen beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

May 23rd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 11 years of age OR three adults and one child under 11 years of age.
Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
When a single adult is sharing a room with one or two free children, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation on or before February 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
Between February 15th, 2026 and March 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will result in a one night penalty charge.
Between March 1st, 2026 and May 15th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will result in a two nights stay penalty charge.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers on or after May 15th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
SLS Playa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of SLS Playa Mujeres and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Ground transportation costs to SLS Playa Mujeres and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Avery and Trevor we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
