To be included in Becky and Charlie’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Becky and Charlie with a deposit already paid on each room.
Guests of Secrets Vallarta Bay have complete access to Dreams Vallarta Bay. Dreams guests will have access to all wedding event locations.
To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets or Dreams Vallarta Bay as part of the wedding group.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
October 27th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
Your room may only have a partial ocean view from your patio/terrace.
Child prices are based on age at time of check-in. Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
If booking more than two children in the room, your invoice will be manually updated to reflect the correct rate.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
June 1st, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
June 5th, 2026 40% of room purchase is due.
August 5th, 2026 Remaining balance due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees
Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
You can also book your own ground transportation to Secrets/Dreams Vallarta Bay and back to the airport if you wish.
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before June 5th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between June 5th, 2026 and July 5th, 2026 any reduction in room nights will be charged at 20% based on the category booked.
Between July 5th, 2026 and August 5th, 2026 any reduction in room nights will be charged at 40% based on the category booked.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 5th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Secrets Vallarta Bay and Dreams Vallarta Bay will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Vallarta Bay and Dreams Vallarta Bay and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates .

TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

Ground transportation costs to Secrets and Dreams Vallarta Bay and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Becky and Charlie, we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Puerto Vallarta airport with Vallarta Transfers and Incentives; you can book your transportation below using the Group Discount Code:
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
