We are so excited to be able to share our upcoming wedding with you at neighboring resorts TRS Coral in Cancun, Mexico. Your presence during our wedding week means the world to us.
Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Monday, December 14th, 2026.

To help guests coordinate shared airport transfers to the hotel, we’ve created an optional form where you can add your flight details and contact information. This allows guests arriving around the same time to connect and share transportation, which can help reduce costs. A sprinter van typically fits 7 passengers, so pairing with others is encouraged.

Important:
All transportation reservations must be made through the Lomas Travel Transportation link (see the Airport Transportation section for details).
Each transfer must have one designated payer in the Lomas system. Guests sharing a ride can coordinate payment and split the cost separately.
The form will include guests’ flight details and contact information to help everyone coordinate.

To be considered a part of Bethany and Cory’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other booking method. We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at TRS Coral as part of the wedding group.
Guest booked outside of this agreement must pay a separate pass fee to attend each wedding function & event.
October 11th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust (shift) the dates reserved.
Guests must be 18+ at day of check-in.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
TRS Coral, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes or categories, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.
Some rooms may have a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony and be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
Please note, “beachside” and “poolside” at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres mean these rooms are closer to the beach or pool.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
August 10th, 2026 $300 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
August 15th, 2026 one night of the total stay is due.
October 1st, 2026 The remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation August 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between August 15th, 2026 and October 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will incur a 1 night penalty charge.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after October 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
TRS Coral will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of TRS Coral and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by TRS Coral.

TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travelinsured.com) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Ground transportation costs to TRS Coral and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Bethany and Cory , we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
