We offer contracted group rates that have been secured by Braylee and Quaylon and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.
Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in. Dreams Bahia Mita, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; the earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

For most Resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of the Resort”, please consider your Ocean View room may only have a partial Ocean View from the patio/terrace.
March 23rd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

Ground transportation costs to Dreams Bahia Mita and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you prefer.

All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
November 25th, 2025 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
December 1st, 2025 40% of remaining balance is due.
March 1st, 2026 Remaining balance is due
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before January 1st, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between January 1st, 2026 and February 1st, 2026 any room nights cancelled will be charged at 20%.
Between February 1st, 2026 and March 1st, 2026 any room nights cancelled will be charged at 40%.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after March 1st, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Dreams Bahia Mita will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Dreams Bahia Mita and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Dreams Bahia Mita (Hyatt).
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
