Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations.

To be included in Brenda and Kristoff’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Low contracted group rates that have been secured by Brenda and Kristoff with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.

  • All room reservations are first-come, first-served based on order of deposit.

  • If you want a room that has sold-out, or would like to upgrade to a different room, let us know and we will check availability and pricing.

  • January 10th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  • Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 13 years of age, three adults and one child under 13 years of age or four adults and no children based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).

TRANSPORTATION

You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Ground transportation costs to Hyatt Ziva and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.

For Brenda and Kristoff we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel .

All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

**If you have any questions about the insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**

  • FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is definitely important and I recommend it for everyone. We personally buy it for our trips. However, the option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), Optional Bed Rest which helps cover onsite quarantine expenses, and other add-on options. Travel Insured is the insurance company we personally use and suggest to others but you are welcome to purchase travel insurance through any entity that you choose.

A payment of $100 USD is all you need to reserve your room.

Exclusive group rate rooms are available on a “first-come first-served basis”

  • September 15th, 2025 Latest date to reserve your room with $100 deposit.

  • September 20th, 2025 is the due date for 50% of your room total is due.

  • January 8th, 2026 remaining balance is due.

Making Multiple/Monthly Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts with the same or different credit cards, as long as you’re following the payment schedule above. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR TRIP


PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before September 20th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • Between September 20th, 2025 and November 20th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 30%.

  • Between November 20th, 2025 and January 8th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 8th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hyatt Ziva Cancun.

cANCELLATION POLICY

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s never guaranteed.

Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, just not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
