To be included in Chelsea and Johanner’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Contracted group rates that have been secured by Chelsea and Johanner with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.

1. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Dreams Jade as part of the wedding group.

2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks; it is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

3. Dreams Jade does not guarantee the option to switch bed configuration after booking due to evolving inventory, change request are subject to availability. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

4. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

5. For most resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of Resort”, please consider your “Ocean View” room may only have a partial ocean view from the patio/terrace.

6. September 1st, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

7. Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 13 years of age or three adults and one child under 13 years of age based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).

8. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in; children must stay in room with at least one adult.

9. If booking more than one child, your invoice will be manually updated to reflect the correct rates.

10. When 1 adult and 1 child are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
