To be considered a part of Chelsea and Skyler Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Chelsea and Skyler have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
Individual reservations booked outside of this room block, are required to purchase a $330 per person per day pass to attend wedding events.
Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or room category, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
March 22nd, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Child pricing is based on age at time of check in.
If booking more than four guests or two children in the room, your invoice will be manually updated to reflect the correct pricing.

A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
September 10th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
September 15th, 2026 70% of room total is due
March 20th, 2027 Remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before September 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after September 15th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Velas Vallarta will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Velas Vallarta and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Velas Vallarta.

Ground transportation costs to Velas Vallarta and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.

All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travelinsured.com) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
