To be included in Christina and Kunal’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Low contracted group rates that have been secured by Christina and Kunal with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.

• If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact ana@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks; it is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

• Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

• For most resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of Resort”, please consider your “Ocean View” room may only have a partial ocean view from the patio/terrace.

• February 7th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

• Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 13 years of age, three adults and one child under 13 years of age or four adults and no children based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability); except for the adults only rooms, minimum age to register is 18.

• When children ages 0 - 12 are sharing a room with a 1 adult the adult will be charged the Single Occupancy price.

• Child prices are based on age at time of check-in; children must stay in room with at least one adult.

• If booking children, your invoice will be manually updated to reflect the correct rates based on the ages.

• If needing to make modifications to your room category, response times from resorts may take a few weeks.
