To be considered a part of Claudia and Phil’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Paradisus will apply a charge to each guest who books outside of this group to attend wedding events .

Paradisus, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes in some rooms, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
May 31st, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shifts the dates reserved.
Paradisus Playa del Carmen LA PERLA is an “Adults Only Resort” and All guests must be minimum 18 years of age or older at the date of arrival to be registered. No exceptions.
Maximum capacity in room is 3 adults. Quad occupancy is not permitted.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
May 1st, 2025 $100 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
May 15th, 2025 The remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email at the end of the day. Click ‘reply’, scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before May 15th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between May 15th, 2025 and June 15th, 2025, by 15% while maintaining the 3 night minimum without penalties. Exceeding reductions will be charged 50% of the original nights booked. Complete cancellation during the period will result in a 50% penalty of entire stay.
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after June 15th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Paradisus will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Paradisus and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Paradisus.
cANCELLATION POLICY
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.
**If you have any questions about insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**
ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.
Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.
For Claudia and Phil’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with VM Travel at $170.00 per van, round trip. The capacity of each van is 1 to 8 guests at the same cost. The one-way trip cost is $90.00 per van.
Please note that if guests arrive or depart at different terminals and are traveling in the same van, an additional $10.00 per service will apply. We will apply it to the invoice after guest’s flight information is received, and this cost applies. Guests in the same reservation arriving or departing on different flights with a significant time difference will need to book separate van services.
We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not viable in the Riviera Maya
Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
