Crystal and Dylon have secured contracted group rates with a deposit in your place and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

  3. November 13th, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  4. Garza Blanca, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request queen beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

  5. Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

  6. Please consider this is an adults-only wedding, no children allowed at the wedding events.

  7. Kindly avoid wearing white or any shades of white for the wedding day.

  • June 20th, 2025 Payment of 2 nights must be made.

  • September 20th, 2025 The remaining balance is due.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email at the end of the day. Click ‘reply’, scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before June 20th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between June 20th, 2025 and September 20th, 2025 you may reduce up to 20% of the booked room nights without penalty. A one room night per person penalty will apply for category of room nights cancelled beyond the allowed 20%.

  • Between September 20th, 2025 and October 20th, 2025 any reduction in room nights will result in a two night per person penalty based on category cancelled.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers after October 20th, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Garza Blanca will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.

Ground transportation costs to Garza Blanca Preserve Puerto Vallarta and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
