Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Friday, July 25th, 2025.

To be included in Daveflore and Faudlin’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Daveflore and Faudlin with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.
Secrets’ guests have access to Dreams’ Amenities, (but Dreams’ guest do not have access to Secrets).
Guests of all ages have access to common areas and Wedding Events.

May 23rd 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
Secret’s Bahia Mita is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
February 23rd, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
March 1st, 2025 30% of remaining balance is due.
May 1st, 2025 Remaining balance is due
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.
Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
We will need your flight info by June 1st, 2025 to give to the transportation company so they know what time you will arrive. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.
You may also book your own ground round trip transportation to Secrets and Dreams Punta Mita if you wish.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before March 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 4 night minimum).
Between March 1st, 2025 and April 1st, 2025 up to 30% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 10% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
Between April 1st, 2025 and May 1st, 2025 up to 20% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 30% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
Between May 1st, 2025 and May 14th, 2025 up to 5% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after May 14th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 4 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita (Hyatt).
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) where the transportation company will pick you up.
Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.
For Daveflore and Faudlin’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Vallarta Transfers and Incentives at $266 round trip for up to 6 passengers.
We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options.
Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Vallarta Transfers and Incentives, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
