Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Saturday, December 6th, 2025.

To be included in Delaney and Dalton’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Delaney and Dalton with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.

Marival Armony, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
October 2nd, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
Marival Armony is strictly 16+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
September 25th, 2025 Latest date to reserve room with $100 deposit.
October 1st, 2025 Remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to the invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR)
We will need your flight info by October 2nd, 2025 to give to the transportation company so they know what time you will arrive. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.
You can also book your own ground transportation to Marival Armony and back to the airport if you wish.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before September 24th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after September 24th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Marival Armony will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Marival Armony and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Marival Armony.
cANCELLATION POLICY
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.
**If you have any questions about insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**
ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to your arrival point is not included with your room reservation cost.
You will fly into the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) where you have the freedom to choose your form of transportation to and from the resort.
We recommend ground transfers with Vallarta Transfers and Incentives.
Roundtrip, private vans for up to 6 people are $275 PER VAN.
You can book these vans on the booking page.
Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to your ground transfers must be updated or addressed directly with your chosen transfer company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any changes or updates to ground travel.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Beach Crossers. Click here to visit their website.
