Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Saturday, March 13th, 2027.

To be considered a part of Erin and Hector’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Erin and Hector have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
Secrets Tulum is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.

January 10th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
October 20th, 2026. $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
October 25th, 2026 40% of total room block is due.
December 10th, 2026 Remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before October 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation between October 15th and December 20th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 20th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Secrets Tulum will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Tulum and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Tulum.
ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) or to the Tulum International Airport (TQO).
Ground transportation costs to Secrets Tulum and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Erin and Hector, we have secured group transfer and rates from the Cancun airport and Tulum Airport with Lomas Travel.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travelinsured.com) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
