Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Saturday, May 1st, 2027.
To be included in our Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this group, Unico20°87° will charge $302 per person per day per wedding event.

Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.

Unico 20°87°, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Unico 20°87° is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $400 is all you need to reserve your room.
January 10th, 2027 $400 deposit due to reserve a room.
January 28th, 2027 Remaining balance will be charged to the credit card used to reserve
Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to either the Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO).

TRANSPORTATION
You can fly into the airport of your choice between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Tulum International Airport (TQO).
Ground transportation costs to Unico and back to the airports are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Esther and Connoer we have secured group transfer rates from the airport with Lomas Travel.
Ground transfers require purchase 48 hours prior to travel
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before January 27th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $400 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between January 28th, 2027 and February 26th, 2027 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 26th, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms
Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.
Important Passport Information - as you prepare for your upcoming trip, please make sure your passport is valid, easily accessible, and stored in a safe, memorable place. Please verify that your passport will remain valid throughout your trip, as many airlines and destinations require at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates and may deny boarding if this requirement is not met. If your passport has been lost, has expired, or will expire before your trip, please contact your country's passport office as soon as possible to request an emergency renewal appointment. FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.
