Our Wedding Day

We have chosen Blue Venado Paradise a beautiful, private, beachside venue 15 minutes from our resort to celebrate our wedding day. Private shuttle transportation will be arranged and provided to and from TRS Yucatan and Grand Palladium Kantenah for our guests.

To be considered a part of Gabbie and Nathan’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Grand Palladium and TRS Yucatan may apply a charge to each guest who books outside of this group to attend any welcome party events.

  2. November 11th 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  3. TRS Yucatan and Grand Palladium Kantenah, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes in some rooms, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

  4. TRS Yucatan is an “Adults Only Resort” guests must be minimum 18 years of age or older at the date of arrival to be registered. No exceptions.

  5. Child pricing is based on age at time of check-in.

A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

  • September 19th, 2025 $100 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.

  • September 26th, 2025 30% of remaining balance is due.

  • October 24th, 2025 The remaining balance is due.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email at the end of the day. Click ‘reply’, scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Zero Credit Card Fees

Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.

  • We can manage your airport ground transfers, not included in room price.

  • You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

  • Note: the Tulum airport only has taxi transfers at this time.

  • We will need your flight info by November 11th, ‎2025 to give to the transportation company so they know what time you will arrive. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.

  • You may also book your own ground transportation to TRS and back to the airport, if you wish.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 3rd, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between November 3rd, 2025 and November 18th, 2025 by 25% without penalties. Reductions exceeding 25% will be charged 1-night per room based on category cancelled.

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between November 18th, 2025 and December 2nd, 2025, by 15% without penalties. Reductions exceeding 15% will be charged 2-nights per room based on category cancelled.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 2nd, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

TRS Yucatan and Grand Palladium Kantenah will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of TRS Yucatan or Grand Palladium Kantenah and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by TRS Yucatan and Grand Palladium Kantenah.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

 ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.

Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.

For Gabbie and Nathan’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland Transportation at $152 per person, round trip.

We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not viable in the Riviera Maya

Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
