We are so excited to be able to share our upcoming wedding with you at the beautiful Paradisus Playa Del Carmen and Paradisus La Perla, Mexico. Your presence during our wedding week means the world to us.
Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations. Our wedding is on Friday, February 20th, 2026.

Ready To Reserve?
To be considered a part of Georgia and Bo’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Guests and the wedding couple will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, or reserve the premium room category of The Reserve, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
Paradisus, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes in some rooms, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
December 18th, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Maximum capacity in junior suites in “Family Section”: 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old) OR 3 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years old). Quad adult occupancy is not permitted.
Maximum capacity in suites and master suites in “Family Section”: 3 adults OR 2 adults and 3 children under 12 years old OR 3 adults and two children under 12 years old.
When 1 adult is sharing a room with any number of children, the adult will be always be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
Paradisus Playa del Carmen LA PERLA is an “Adults Only Resort” and All guests must be minimum 18 years of age or older at the date of arrival to be registered. No exceptions.

A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
November 5th, 2025 $100 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
November 20th, 2025 The remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email at the end of the day. Click ‘reply’, scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before November 12th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.
Between November 12th, 2025 and December 12th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%.
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 12th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Paradisus will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Paradisus and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Paradisus.
cANCELLATION POLICY
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Georgia and Bo will be gifting you FREE round trip transportation between the airport and resort as a thank you for attending their event.
Round-trip transportation will be provided by Lomas travel, in private, direct vans (no stops.)

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
