To be included in Jade and Matt’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Contracted group rates that have been secured by Jade and Matt with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.
To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Dreams Jade as part of the wedding group.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks; it is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Dreams Jade does not guarantee the option to switch bed configuration after booking due to evolving inventory, change request are subject to availability. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
For most resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of Resort”, please consider your “Ocean View” room may only have a partial ocean view from the patio/terrace.
August 5th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 13 years of age or three adults and one child under 13 years of age based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).
Child prices are based on age at time of check-in; children must stay in room with at least one adult.
If booking more than one child, your invoice will be manually updated to reflect the correct rates.
When 1 adult and 1 child are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.

Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before May 10th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
Between May 10th, 2026 and June 10th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%
Between June 10th, 2026 and July 10th, 2026, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation or on after July 10th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Dreams Jade will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Dreams Jade and has no governance of their refund policies and mandates.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Ground transportation costs to Dreams Jade and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Jade and Matt, we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
**If you have any questions about the insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is definitely important and I recommend it for everyone. We personally buy it for our trips. However, the option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), Optional Bed Rest which helps cover onsite quarantine expenses, and other add-on options. Travel Insured is the insurance company we personally use and suggest to others but you are welcome to purchase travel insurance through any entity that you choose.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
