To be considered a part of James and Erick’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur a penalty fees for those that book outside of this booking method.
As a token of appreciation for celebrating with them, James and Erick are gifting all guests a complimentary three-night stay at Deluxe Suites. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun as part of the wedding group.
All guests must stay with all-inclusive rate at the resort.
Villa del Palmar does not sell day passes to guests staying at a different resort or outside of this Room Block.
If the room you want has been sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact evelina@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
Please note that the resort's building has a wide U-shape layout. Ocean View rooms located on the side wings of the building may offer a partial, angled ocean view from the balcony/patio rather than a direct view.
March 20, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
Child Policies:
Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 12. Exceeding children will be charged the adult occupancy rate. 1 Free Child age 0 - 1 is permitted in rooms with only 1 King Bed.
When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
If booking more than two children, your invoice will be manually updated after booking to reflect the correct rate.

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest international airport to Villa del Palmar Cancun.
Ground Transportation — As a special touch, James and Erick are delighted to offer complimentary round-trip transportation from the Cancun airport for all their guests.

PLEASE READ
If you select a Deluxe Suite Garden View King Bed or Deluxe Suite Ocean View King Bed for the 3 nights gifted to you, the cancellation policies and penalties will apply to James and Erick. If you upgrade to a different category or extend beyond 3 nights these cancellation policies and penalties will apply to you for the total cost beyond the value of your gifted suite.
Between October 25th, 2026 and January 24th, 2027 any reduction or cancelation will result in a one room night per person penalty based on the room category.
Between January 25th, 2027 and February 24th, 2027 any reduction or cancelation will result in a two night per person penalty based on the room category.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers on or after February 25th, 2027 James and Erick are responsible for 100% of your gifted room value.
If you cancel reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers on or after February 25th, 2027 for and upgraded room or extended nights beyond your gifted suite. You are responsible for 100% of your upgraded or extended room value.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Villa del Palmar Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Villa del Palmar Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
As a thoughtful gesture, James and Erick will be providing complimentary round-trip airport transportation for all their guests between Cancun International Airport and Villa del Palmar Cancun.
Once you have purchased your flights, please submit your complete arrival and departure information through the link below so we can coordinate your transportation arrangements with Lomas Travel.
To ensure everything is arranged properly, flight information must be submitted no later than April 19, 2027.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
