After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

POLÍTICA DE PAGOS
Lo único que necesitas para reservar tu habitación es un depósito inicial no-reembolsable de $300USD.
Enero 5, 2026 se requiere un depósito inicial de $300USD para reservar tu habitación.
Enero 6, 2026 se requiere el pago del 50% del total restante.
Febrero 5, 2026 se requiere el pago completo del total restante.
Para progamar tus pagos de manera automática:
Una vez que realices el depósito inicial para reservar tu habitación, recibirás un recibo en tu correo. Dale click a “responder” y navega hacia abajo hasta que encuentres el link de tu recibo; una vez te encuentres en tu recibo, podrás programar cada uno de los pagos correspondientes de manera automática hasta el último pago, ya sea con la misma tarjeta o con otra. Cada vez que se realice un cargo automático, se descontará de la cantidad total pendiente por pagar.

You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Ground transportation costs to Haven Riviera Cancun and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Janet and Logan we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel .
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

Volarás al Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún (CUN)
La transportación del Aeropuerto al Hotel Haven Riviera Cancun y de regreso al Aeropuerto no están incluidas en tu reservación. Puedes seleccionar cualquier compañía de trasportación que prefieras.
Para Janet y Logan, hemos asegurado tarifas grupales especiales tanto para la transportación redonda Aeropuerto - Hotel - Aeropuerto, como para experiencias y excursiones en el destino con Lomas Travel.
Toda la información de vuelos y cambios en horarios de viaje se deberán notificar directamente a la compañía de transportación que hayas seleccionado. Bohemia Wedding Travel no tiene acceso a realizar ningún cambio por emergencia o actualizaciones de horarios/fechas.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before January 11th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
Between January 11th, 2026 and February 11th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%
Between February 11th, 2026 and March 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 60%
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers after March 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Haven Riviera Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Haven Riviera Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
cANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANTE
Si cancelas tu reservación antes de Enero 11, 2026 sólo serás reponsable por el primer depósito no-reembolsable de $300USD por habitación.
Entre Enero 11, 2026 y Febrero 11, 2026 cualquier noche de habitación cancelada tendrá un coste del 50%.
Entre Febrero 11, 2026 y Marzo 1, 2026 cualquier noche de habitación cancelada tendrá un coste del 60%.
Si cancelas tu reservación por completo, tienes no-show o reduces el número de noches de estancia y/o número de personas en la reservación después Marzo 1, 2026 serás responsable por el pago del 100% del total de la estancia reservada.
Con tu seguro de viaje podrás presentar un reclamo para conseguir in reembolso basado en los términos de la póliza que hayas contratado.
Haven Riviera Cancun NO otorgará créditos o vouchers para futuras estancias en caso de que no puedas viajar en las fechas oficiales de tu reservación por cualquiera que sea la razón.
Bohemia Wedding Travel NO es un agente de Haven Riviera Cancun y no tiene ninguna injerencia en las políticas de reembolso y otros términos del Hotel.

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
Los Resorts en México NO cumplen con la Ley de Estadounidences con Discapacidades de 1990 (ADA).
