To be considered a part of Jasmine and Sam’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte as part of this wedding group.
Xcaret Arte is an adults-only Resort, the minimum age to register is 16 years old.
Maximum room capacity: Up to 3 guests.
Connecting rooms are of limited availability and can only be requested, not guaranteed.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact ana@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Hotel Xcaret, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.
December 4th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Ocean View rooms may have a partial ocean view from the patio/terrace.

A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
October 1st, 2026 $300 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
October 10th, 2026 Your remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email, end of day. Click ‘reply’ and scroll to the bottom of the page to see your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance is due with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees
Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Ground transportation is included in your stay. You may also independently choose to book your own ground transportation to the resort and back to the airport if you wish.
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before October 10th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation, no show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after October 10th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Hotel Xcaret Arte will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hotel Xcaret Arte and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hotel Xcaret Arte.

TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Included in your reservation is Hotel Xcaret Arte’s shuttle transportation from the Cancun (CUN) Airport to Hotel Xcaret Arte and back to the Cancun (CUN) airport.
Transportation operates every 30 minutes starting at 5:45 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. and every 1 hour from 9:45 p.m. through 5:45 a.m. (Please contact Hotel Xcaret Arte about seating for small children).
For Arrivals:
After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, proceed outside the airport and look for the resort’s transportation staff who will be holding a sign that says “Hoteles Xcaret” (see photos).
You must exit the arrival hall bypassing all representatives inside the airport trying to get your attention. These representatives are there to sell time-share and may be a representative for your hotel, but are not your transportation provider.
For Departures:
Please see the Concierge desk at least one day before departure to register for your transfer back to the airport. The customer service telephone number is +011 52 (984) 159-1600.
IMPORTANT:
Hotel Xcaret Arte’s included shuttle transportation offers service from the Cancun (CUN) Airport to Hotel Xcaret Arte and back to the Cancun (CUN) airport.
Transportation to/from the Tulum (TQO) airport is limited and needs to be scheduled minimum 24 hours in advance.
This transportation is a complimentary service that is included in your reservation rate and has no cash value, so there are no reductions in price or refunds if the transportation is not used.
The shuttle WILL NOT drop you off or pick you up at any other location other than Hotel Xcaret Arte and the Cancun/Tulum Airport.
Officially, shuttle transportation services are only provided for your actual check-in and check-out dates. If you arrive in the area any date earlier than your check-in date or depart any day later than your check-out date you will need to arrange your own transportation to wherever you are going and to/from Hotel Xcaret Arte on your actual check-in/check-out dates.
Once you depart the resort on your departure date, you will no longer be able to access the resort. This means that you will not be able to return to the resort on any other date to utilize the shuttle transportation to return to the Cancun/Tulum Airport. If you need assistance with transportation once on site, please visit the Guest Services Desk and they can assist you.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
