If you want a room that has sold-out, or would like to upgrade to a different room, let us know and we will check availability and pricing.
If you would like to arrive or depart outside of the trip window, let us know and we will check availability and pricing.
Guests must be 16+ years old at time of check in.
Please Note: To be considered a part of Jenn and Trent’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Atelier as part of the wedding group.

December 10th, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Atelier Playa Mujeres.
December 11th, 2024 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Making Multiple/Monthly Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ then scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts with the same or different credit cards, as long as you’re following the payment schedule above. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance. Zero Credit Card Fees

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest international airport to Atelier Playa Mujeres.
We do need your flight info by February 26th, 2025 to provide the included ground transportation with your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.
Group rate non-stop ground trip ground transportation can be reserved for you on the booking form if selected.
The trip window is from April 23rd - 30th, 2025.
However, you may extend the group room rates 3 days before or after that trip window.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR TRIP
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before December 1st, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation between December 1st, 2024 and January 1st, 2025 you will be responsible for 50% of your room total. Also, if you reduce the number of nights in your reservation you will be responsible for 50% of the nights reduced. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
If you cancel your reservation between January 1st, 2025 and February 1st, 2025 you will be responsible for 75% of your room total. Also, if you reduce the number of nights in your reservation you will be responsible for 75% of the nights reduced. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 1st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
February 23rd 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Atelier Playa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Atelier Playa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Atelier Playa Mujeres.
cANCELLATION POLICY
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is definitely important and I recommend it for everyone. We personally buy it for our trips. However, the option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), Optional Bed Rest which helps cover onsite quarantine expenses, and other add-on options. Travel Insured is the insurance company we personally use and suggest to others but you are welcome to purchase travel insurance through any entity that you choose.
**If you have any questions about the insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**
ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.
For Jenn and Trent’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland Transfers at $85 per person, round trip.
We !!highly!! recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not viable in the Riviera Maya
You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.
Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland Transfers, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct arrival and departure times.

Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s never guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, just not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
