To be included in Jessica and Joshua’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Jessica and Joshua with a deposit already paid on each room.
Guests of Secrets Vallarta Bay have complete access to Dream Vallarta Bay. Dreams guests will have access to all wedding event locations.

August 28th 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
May 1st, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
May 20th, 2025 40% of room purchase is due.
July 20th, 2025 Remaining balance due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
We do need your flight info by August 31st, 2025 to provide the ground transportation company your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.
You can also book your own ground transportation to Secrets/Dreams Puerto Vallarta and back to the airport if you wish.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before May 20th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between May 20th, 2025 and June 20th, 2025, by 30% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 30% a penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between June 20th, 2025 and July 20th, 2025, by 20% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 20% a penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between July 20th, 2025 and August 20th, 2025, by 5% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 5% a penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 20th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Secrets Vallarta Bay and Dream Vallarta Bay will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Vallarta Bay and Dream Vallarta Bay and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates .
cANCELLATION POLICY
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

For Jessica and Joshua’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $55.20 per person, round trip.
You will fly into the Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) where the transportation company will pick you up.
Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.
We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options.

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
