Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Friday, May 9th, 2025.

Unico 20°87°

Unico 20°87° is a sophisticated all-inclusive adults-only experience. Enjoy one of the finest white sand beaches in all of Mexico and an array of vast swimming pools.   1. To be included in Jessica and Steven’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this group Unico 20°87° will charge $192 per person per wedding event to your room.

  4. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  5. As the wedding ceremony will be on Friday, May 9th, we highly encourage an arrival date by Thursday, May 8 (by 6pm), and a departure date on Sunday, May 11 (by 2pm)

  6. The bed type for the Alcoba Tropical View room is not guaranteed, but by request only. Please note that Unico is 85% King Beds. If you need 2 Double Queen Beds, please get your booking in asap, so we can place your request as soon as you book.

A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

There are limited room types available for these group rates. Room categories are available on a “first-come first-served basis.”

  • December 1st, 2024 Latest date to reserve a room with a $100 Deposit.

  • December 10th, 2024 Latest date to pay 60% of total room cost.

  • February 15th, 2025 Latest date to pay remaining balance.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to see your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards, as long as you are abiding by the payment schedule at minimum. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.

  • You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

  • We will need your flight info by March 6th, ‎2025 to provide the ground transportation company your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.

  • You may also select to book your own ground transportation to Unico 20°87° and back to the airport if you wish.

  • Please note, transfer van services are not available from the Tulum airport at the moment, only taxis.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before December 1st, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between December 1st, 2024 and January 1st, 2025, by 20% . Any room nights released above the 20% allowed will be charged 50% of the room revenue cancelled.

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between January 1st, 2025 and February 1st, 2025, by 10% . Any room nights released above the 10% allowed will be charged 60% of the room revenue cancelled.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 1st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms.

Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.

cANCELLATION POLICY

Buying travel insurance is SO important in getting your money back should the unexpected happen!

**If you have any questions about insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**

  • FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

TRANSPORTATION

You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up. The Tulum airport only offers taxi services at this time.

Jessica and Steven’s wedding group has two transfer options from Lomas Travel:

  1. Private, direct van service for up to 7 people: $201.00 Per Van Roundtrip

  2. Shared, multi-stop van service: $64 Per Person Roundtrip

  • Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.

  • Ride share services like Uber are not reliable in the Riviera Maya.

  • Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Lomas, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

  • If you’d like to add this service to your booking, please do so on the group booking page.

Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com.

But for in-travel emergencies, please reach out to Lomas directly at +1 (855) 259 5199. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.

Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
