To be considered a part of Julia and Noah’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Julia and Noah with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.
To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets Playa Blanca as part of the wedding group.

January 29th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
November 1, 2026: $300 is required to reserve your room.
November 5, 2026: 40% of the total room cost due.
January 5, 2027: The remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before November 5th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
Between November 5th, 2026 and January 15th, 2027 a 40% penalty will apply for the category of room nights cancelled.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after January 15th, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Ground transportation costs to Secrets Playa Blanca and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Julia and Noah, we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with VM Travel Services.
Ground transfers require purchase 48 hours prior to travel
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

What airport do I fly into? Cancún International Airport (CUN).
Is airport transportation included? No. You can book group transfer rates through VM Travel Services via the link on our wedding site. Please book at least 48 hours before travel.
What’s the cancellation policy? Cancel before November 5, 2026 → forfeit only the $300 deposit. Between November 5, 2026, and January 15, 2027 → 40% penalty. After January 15, 2027 → 100% of the room total.

We invite guests to dress for a beachside celebration. Women are encouraged to wear long, flowy summer dresses, while men can wear slacks with a button-down shirt. Ties and jackets are welcome but completely optional. Please keep in mind that the weather will be warm, so light, breathable fabrics are recommended.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
