Moon Palace The Grand Cancun is a five-star, all-inclusive luxury resort just 15 minutes (7 miles) from Cancun International Airport, designed to exceed every expectation for families, couples, and discerning travelers. Nestled along a pristine white-sand beach, the resort features spacious, elegantly appointed suites with double whirlpool tubs, 24-hour gourmet room service, a fully stocked minibar, in-room liquor dispensers, smart TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a welcome bottle of wine. To be considered a part of Tara and Sean’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). A Day Pass of $370 per person will apply for guests not staying in the Hotel attending the Wedding. We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Tara and Sean and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.
Le Blanc Spa Resort does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability in some rooms. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.
Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
Le Blanc is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

You will fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)
If you are staying four or more nights your roundtrip transportation is included in your reservation with Le Blanc Los Cabos. Please book your transportation at least two weeks prior to your arrival date, to be able to confirm the service. Click HERE to reserve your transfer.
For stays of three nights, we have secured group transfer rates from the Los Cabos airport with Transcabo; you can book your service below.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company, either Transcabo or directly with Le Blanc Los Cabos. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A valid credit card is required to book your room; please consider that if your reservation is not guaranteed with a valid credit card 30 days prior to your arrival, it will automatically be cancelled.
Your room must be reserved no later than January 20th, 2026.
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your arrival.

TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If your room is not guaranteed with a valid credit card by 30 days prior to your arrival, it will automatically be cancelled.
Between 30 days prior to your arrival to 3 days prior to arrival any room-night cancelled will result in a penalty of $100. Please notify us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com if you need to cancel your room.
Any room-night cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival will result in a one night penalty based on the category reserved. Please notify us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com if you need to cancel your room so we can issue your refund.
Any room-night cancelled on arrival day will be charged in full and no refund will apply.
A 3 night minimum is required.
No changes to your reservation are allowed within 3 days of arrival.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos.

Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
