Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all guests book their travel accommodations to the beautiful Moon Palace Cancun.

Our wedding will be on Sunday, November 8th, 2026 at the nearby Villa La Joya Estate.

Our Resort Stay:

To be considered a part of Katie and Billy’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). A Day Pass of $370 per person will apply for guests not staying in the hotel attending the wedding events. We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Katie and Billy and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

  1. Moon Palace Cancun does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability in some rooms. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.

  2. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  5. September 5th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT

TRANSPORTATION

You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)

If you are staying four or more nights your roundtrip transportation is included in your reservation with Moon Palace Cancun. Please book your transportation at least two weeks prior to your arrival date, to be able to confirm the service. Click HERE to reserve your transfer.

For stays of three nights, we have secured group transfer rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel; you can book your service below.

All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company, either Lomas Travel or directly with Moon Palace Cancun. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A valid credit card is required to book your room; please consider that if your reservation is not guaranteed with a valid credit card 30 days prior to your arrival, it will automatically be cancelled.

  • Your room must be reserved no later than August 20th, 2026.

  • Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your arrival.

  • Ground Transportation and Excursions can be booked with following link, for stays of three nights.

cANCELLATION POLICY


PLEASE READ

  • If your room is not guaranteed with a valid credit card by 30 days prior to your arrival, it will automatically be cancelled.

  • Between 30 days prior to your arrival to 3 days prior to arrival any room-night cancelled will result in a penalty of $100. Please notify us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com if you need to cancel your room.

  • Any room-night cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival will result in a one night penalty based on the category reserved. Please notify us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com if you need to cancel your room so we can issue your refund.

  • Any room-night cancelled on arrival day will be charged in full and no refund will apply.  

    A 3 night minimum is required.

    No changes to your reservation are allowed within 3 days of arrival.

    If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

    Moon Palace Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

    Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Moon Palace Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Moon Palace Cancun.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

  • FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
