Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Thursday March 26th, 2026 at Villa La Joya Estate.

Our Resort Stay:

The adults-only Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya's award-winning resort pays attention to the small details that make the difference between a simple trip and the vacation of your dreams. Our ceremony and reception will be held at Villa La Joya, a beautiful, private, seaside estate 10 minutes from our resort. Private Shuttle Transportation will be provided to and from our resort and wedding venue.

  3. Valentin Imperial does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.

  4. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  5. Resorts may consider any amount of ocean visible from a room as Ocean View or Ocean Front categories.

  6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you accurately select your room category.

  7. January 23rd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  8. Valentin Imperial is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Ground transportation costs to Valentin Imperial and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.

For Kelli and Matt we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.

All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

  • October 25th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.

  • November 1st, 2025 80% of total room block is due.

  • December 1st, 2025 Remaining balance is due

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after November 1st, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

    A 3 night minimum is required.

    If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

    Valentin Imperial will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

    Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Valentin Imperial and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Valentin Imperial.

cANCELLATION POLICY

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.

Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
