We are so excited to be able to share our upcoming wedding with you at the beautiful Riviera Maya Haciendas in Puerto Adventuras Mexico. Your presence during our wedding week means the world to us.
Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate from November 13th - 16th 2025 and will be helping all of our guests book hacienda accommodations for our wedding on Saturday November 15th, 2025.

Our Hacienda Stay:
The Riviera Maya Haciendas are 4 neighboring, beach-front Haciendas in the beautiful, lush, gated golf and marina community of Puerto Aventuras in the Riviera Maya of Mexico. These luxurious haciendas are all connected, creating a fun, intimate event space for our close friends and family. Each hacienda has its own pool and shared beach. The Haciendas are walking distance from the marina’s restaurants, bars, boats and golf. All suites have unique layout, furniture, decor and in suite bathrooms.

You have been invited to stay and celebrate with us at Hacienda Magica. You can book your stay in in the link below. All Haciendas are completely privatized for Laura and Anthony’s guest giving you access to all four. Each suite is unique and availability is first come first served.

This booking website is the exclusive method for securing your room for Laura and Anthony’s wedding weekend at Riviera Maya Haciendas.
Wedding weekend festivities will begin on Thursday Nov 13th. Laura and Anthony recommend that you book 3 nights November 13th - 16th so you can attend all events.
Most suites occupy up to 2 guests. Some have of these have the ability to include a 3rd small bed for an additional charge.
September 13th, 2025 is the final date to officially reassign names to rooms.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. Please see travel insurance section below.
We love your little ones, but we kindly request that the Hacienda suites are reserved for ages 16+ only. All wedding events will be 16+ as well; if you'd like to travel with your family, there are many fabulous family-friendly resorts in / around Puerto Aventuras; we recommend the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club Hotel, located walking distance to the Haciendas and marina. You can find more information about this hotel on our main wedding website.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
August 12th, 2025 $100 to reserve your room must be paid.
August 26th, 2025 Remaining balance due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
3.65% credit card fee applies.

You will fly into your choice of either Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO)
Ground transportation costs to Riviera Maya Haciendas and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Laura and Anthony we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel .
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.
**If you have any questions about insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before August 26th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after August 26th, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Riviera Maya Haciendas will not provide a credit or refund if you arrive before your scheduled arrival date, after your scheduled arrival date or if you check out early.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Riviera Maya Haciendas and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
cANCELLATION POLICY
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts and hotels in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a single accessible guest room that is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request the accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
