Ready To Reserve?

  1. To be considered a part of Laurel and Matthew’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other booking method. We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Grand Palladium as part of the wedding group.

  2. Guest booked outside of this agreement must pay a separate day pass fee to attend each wedding function & event.

  3. September 5th 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  4. Children under 2 years old are free when sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults.

  5. Prices are based on age at time of check-in.

  6. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  7. Grand Palladium, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE


A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

  • July 14th, 2025 $100 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.

  • July 21st, 2025 The remaining balance is due.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until July 1st 2025 with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.


Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.

  • We’ve found that destination wedding guests overwhelmingly prefer to handle their own flights. (Especially considering the use and accumulation of airline miles.)

  • We do require your flight info by September 15th, 2025 to provide the ground transportation company your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.

  • You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

  • You may also choose to book your own ground transportation to the resort and back to the airport if you wish.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before July 21st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between July 21st, 2025 and September 2nd 2025, by 25% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 25% a 1 night penalty per room will apply. (Based on catagory cancelled) If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between September 2nd, 2025 and September 16th 2025, by 15% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 15% a 2 night penalty per room will apply. (Based on catagory cancelled) If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms

  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after September 16th 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Grand Paladium Costa Mujeres and TRS Coral.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

**If you have any questions about insurance please give Travel Insured a call at 800-243-3174. We (Bohemia Wedding Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.**

  • FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

 ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.

For Laurel and Matthew's wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $85 per person, round trip.

We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not viable in the Riviera Maya.

You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.

Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

If you’d like to add this service to your booking, please do so on the group booking page.

Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
