Ready To Reserve?

  1. To be included in Luke and Edwin’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Luke and Edwin with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.

  2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  4. Marival Armony, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

  5. August 22nd 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  6. Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

  7. Marival Armony is strictly 16+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

  • July 20th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.

  • August 1st, 2025 Remaining balance is due.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to the invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Zero Credit Card Fees.

Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.

  • You will fly to the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR)

  • We will need your flight info by August 22nd, ‎2025 to give to the transportation company so they know what time you will arrive. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.

  • You can also book your own ground transportation to Marival Armony and back to the airport if you wish.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before July 22nd, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • Between July 22nd, 2025 and August 22nd, 2025 up to 25% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 1 night will apply to cancellations above 25% of remaining room nights.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 22nd, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

  • A 3 night minimum is required.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

  • Marival Armony will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

  • Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Marival Armony and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Marival Armony.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

  • FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT

TRANSPORTATION

You will fly into the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) where the transportation company will pick you up.

Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.

For Luke and Edwin’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Vallarta Transfers and Incentives at $265 round trip for up to 6 passengers.

We highly! recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options.

Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Vallarta Transfers and Incentives, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
