Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Monday, May 17th, 2027.

To be considered a part of Aurora and Javier’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Aurora and Javier have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
Secrets’ guests have access to Dreams’ Amenities; Dreams’ guests will only have access to the Dreams’ amenities and will not have access to Secrets’ amenities.
Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
Guests of all ages have access to common areas and Wedding Events.
Secrets Bahia Mita is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.

Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
September 12th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
June 15th, 2027 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
June 20th, 2027 30% of your total room balnce is due.
August 15th, 2027 Remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before June 20th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after June 20th, 2027 you are responsible for 30% of your original room total.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after September 1st, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night stay minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita (Hyatt).

This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.
