Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
September 18th 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you accurately select your room category.
Secret’s Moxche is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.
Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.
For McKayla and Nicholas’ wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Amstar at $184 roundtrip for up to 6 people traveling with you.

If you need a one-way transfer, let us know.
If you are traveling with more than 6 people, please contact us for pricing.
If you are arriving and departing at the same time as another wedding guest, vans can shared and your invoices adjusted and/or refunded.
We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not reliable in the Riviera Maya

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
June 20th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
July 1st, 2025 40% of remaining balance is due.
September 1st, 2025 Remaining balance is due
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.
Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
We will need your flight info by September 18th, 2025 to give to the transportation company so they know what time you will arrive. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.
You can also book your own ground transportation to Secrets Moxche and back to the airport if you wish.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before July 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between July 1st, 2025 and August 1st, 2025 A penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
Between August 1st, 2025 and September 1st, 2025 A penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
Between September 1st, 2025 and September 15th, 2025 A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after September 15th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Secrets Moxche will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxche and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxche.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
