To be considered a part of Meg and Deep’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Meg and Deep have secured these group rates with a deposit on each room and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

  1. Wedding Day Passes are only available to 20% of wedding guests who book outside for an additional fee of $150 per wedding event.

  2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  3. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  4. August 29th, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.

  5. Maximum capacity in a guest room is two (2) adults and two (children) under 13 years of age, three (3) adults and one (1) child under 13 years of age or (4) adults and no children based on existing bedding. Subject to room category.

  6. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.

  7. Children must stay in room with at least one adult.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Zero Credit Card Fees

  • You will fly to San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

  • We do need your flight info by August 30th, ‎2025 to provide the ground transportation company your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.

  • You can also book your own ground transportation to Hyatt Ziva Cabo and back to the airport if you wish.

TRANSPORTATION

Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.

For Meg and Deep’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $92 per person, round trip.

We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options.

You will fly into the San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) where the transportation company will pick you up.

Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

If you’d like to add this service to your booking, please do so on the group booking page.

Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before May 9th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between May 9th, 2025 and July 9th, 2025 you may reduce up to 20% of the booked room nights. Any room nights released beyond this threshold will be charged 30% of the original booking.

  • Between July 9th, 2025 and August 21st, 2025 you may reduce up to 10% of the booked room nights. Any room nights released beyond this threshold will be charged 50% of the original booking.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after August 21st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
