We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Nigel and Jayla and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

October 10th, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Secrets Moxche, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
Secret’s Moxche is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.
For Jayla and Nigel’s wedding, we have secured Private, RoundTrip Airport Transfers with Lomas Travel for $200 PER VAN for up to 7 travelers including luggage (1 bag + 1 carry-on per person).
Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Lomas, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
July 10th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
July 20th, 2025 40% of remaining balance is due.
September 20th, 2025 Remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.
Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
We will need your flight info by October 10th, 2025 to give to the transportation company so they know what time you will arrive. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.
You can also book your own ground transportation to Secrets Moxche and back to the airport if you wish.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before July 20th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between July 20th, 2025 and August 20th, 2025 up to 30% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
Between August 20th, 2025 and September 20th, 2025 up to 20% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
Between September 20th, 2025 and October 4th, 2025 up to 5% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights in your reservation after October 4th, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Secrets Moxche will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxche and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxche.
Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
