To be considered a part of Nina and Bradley’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Nina and Bradley with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.
To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets Playa Blanca as part of the wedding group.

October 9th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
Note: Ocean View rooms may be a partial ocean view from patio.
Secrets Playa Blanca is strictly 18+ at time of check-in.

A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
July 10th, 2026 $300 to reserve your room must be paid.
July 15th, 2026 40% of balance is due.
September 15th, 2026 Remaining balance due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before July 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
Between July 15th, 2026 and August 15th, 2026 a 20% penalty will apply for the category of room nights cancelled.
Between August 15th, 2026 and September 15th, 2026 a 40% penalty will apply for the category of room nights cancelled.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after September 15th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Ground transportation costs to Secrets Playa Blanca and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Nina and Bradley, we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
