Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise Resort.
Our wedding day will be at the nearby Villa La Joya on Saturday, October 25th, 2025.

About Ocean Riviera Paradise Resort
The Ocean Riviera Paradise is a newly-built five-star resort located on the Riviera Maya seafront, very close to Playa del Carmen. It is noteworthy for its huge size, in addition to its modern architecture and striking Mediterranean-inspired interior design. The resort benefits from multiple swimming pools, one of which is on the beach itself, just a few metres from the sea, as well as lush native vegetation, 10 restaurants, 12 bars and a sports area. It also features Privilege, Exclusive Rooms and Services, a Despacio Spa Centre, diving centre and a wide range of entertainment options for the whole family. Including non-motorized water sports, sports courts, bowling alley, theatre, nightclub and casino. During the day, guests can enjoy countless activities such as football, volleyball, boules, dance classes, foam parties and aqua aerobics, among other water-based activities. Moreover, by night shows, live music, films and theme nights will provide lots of fun.
Our Wedding Day:
Villa La Joya is a beautiful, private, seaside estate right on the beach and only 18 minutes from our resort, Ocean Riviera Paradise. Private Shuttle Transportation will be and provided to and from Ocean Riviera Paradise and Villa La Joya for our guests.

All room reservations are first-come, first-served based on order of deposit.
Child pricing is based on age at time of check-in.
If you want a room that has sold-out, or would like to upgrade to a different room, let us know and we will check availability and pricing.
If you would like to arrive or depart outside of the trip window, let us know and we will check availability and pricing.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
August 23rd 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Some dinner restaurants require minimum dress code - like no “jerseys” or “flip flops” and men wearing closed toed shoes and pants at dinner.
Please Note: To be considered a part of Phoebe and Tomasz’ Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured by Phoebe and Tomasz with a prepaid deposit on each room.

Making Multiple/Monthly Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts with the same or different credit cards, as long as you’re following the payment schedule above. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest international airport to Ocean Riviera Paradise.
We do need your flight info by August 23rd, 2025 to provide the ground transportation company with your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.
You may also select to independently book your own ground transportation to Ocean Riviera Paradise and back to the airport if you wish.
eXTENDING YOUR TRIP
The trip window is from October 23rd - 30th, 2025.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before July 26th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation between July 26th, 2025 and August 10th, 2025 a one night penalty per room will be applied. Based on category booked.
If you cancel your reservation between August 10th, 2025 and August 25th, 2025 a two night penalty per room will be applied. Based on category booked.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 25th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Ocean Riviera Paradise will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Ocean Riviera Paradise and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Ocean By H10 Hotels.
cANCELLATION POLICY
TRAVEL PROTECTION
BUYING TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect you in case of cancellation.
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.Having travel protection is definitely important and I recommend it for everyone. We personally buy it for our trips. However, the option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), Optional Bed Rest which helps cover onsite quarantine expenses, and other add-on options. Travel Insured is the insurance company we personally use and suggest to others but you are welcome to purchase travel insurance through any entity that you choose.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
Booking transfers with us is optional, and you may also select to independently book your own ground transportation to Ocean Riviera Paradise and back to the airport if you wish.
Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.
You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.
Airport Transfers are provided through Mayaland Transfers:
Roundtrip, direct, non-stop transfers for $99 per person.
We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not reliable in the Riviera Maya.
Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.
Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. But for emergencies, please reach out to Mayaland directly at 1 (877) 240 5864 or info@airportconciergeservice.com. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s never guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, just not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
