To be included in Rachel and Alex’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Contracted group rates that have been secured by Rachel and Alex with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.

1. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Dreams Aventuras as part of the wedding group.

2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

3. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

4. Dreams Aventuras, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request queen beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

5. November 19th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy to avoid delays.

7. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.

8. When 1 adult and 1 child are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.

9. The third child booking in a room will be charged the adult occupancy rate.

10. Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
