Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Cancun, is one of Cancun’s newest family-friendly, swanky beachfront all-inclusive resorts It is located in the tranquil Costa Mujeres neighborhood next to Playa Mujeres Golf Club just 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport.

To be considered a part of Sakib and Olivia’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur a penalties fees for those that book outside the room block.

  1. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Garza Blanca Cancun as part of the wedding group.

  2. All guests must stay all-inclusive at the resort.

  3. Garza Blanca does not sell day passes to guests staying at a different resort.

  4. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  5. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  6. March 16th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.

  7. Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 12. Exceeding children will be charged the adult occupancy rate. 1 Free Child age 0 -1 is permitted in rooms with only 1 King Bed.

  8. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.

  9. Children must stay in room with at least one adult.

  10. When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE


A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

  • October 23rd, 2025 $100 to reserve your room must be paid.

  • November 1st, 2025 Payment of 2 nights must be made.

  • March 1st, 2026 Remaining balance due.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’ and scroll down to your invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT

TRANSPORTATION

You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Ground transportation costs to Garza Blanca Cancun and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.

For Sakib and Olivia we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel .

All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between November 1st, 2025 and February 19th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%.

  • Between February 19th, 2026 and March 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged a 2 night penalty per person, based on category cancelled.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers after March 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.

Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
