To be considered a part of Samantha and Logan’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Samantha and Logan with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.

  1. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets Playa Blanca as part of the wedding group.

  2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  3. August 11th 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  4. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  5. Secrets Playa Blanca is strictly 18+ at time of check-in.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE


A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

  • May 6th, 2026 $100 to reserve your room must be paid.

  • May 20th, 2026 40% of balance is due.

  • July 19th, 2026 Remaining balance due.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.

  • You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

  • We do need your flight info by August 11th, ‎2026 to provide the ground transportation company your arrival and departure times. You can send that to us by filling out the form on this page.

  • You can also book your own ground transportation to Secrets Playa Blanca and back to the airport if you wish.

PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before May 20th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between May 20th, 2026 and June 30th, 2026, you may reduce up to 30% of the booked room nights without penalty. A 20% penalty will apply for the category of room nights cancelled beyond the allowed 30%.

  • Between June 30th, 2026 and July 30th, 2026, you may reduce up to 20% of the booked room nights without penalty. A 40% penalty will apply for the category of room nights cancelled beyond the allowed 30%.

  • Between July 30th, 2026 and August 13th, 2026, you may reduce up to 5% of the booked room nights without penalty. A 100% penalty will apply for the category of room nights cancelled beyond the allowed 30%.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after August 13th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

cANCELLATION POLICY

TRAVEL PROTECTION

FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT

TRANSPORTATION

Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.

For Samantha and Logan’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $85 per person, round trip.

We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not reliable in the Riviera Maya.

You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) where the transportation company will pick you up.

Once your flights are booked, please fill out our flight form HERE, so we can get the correct info to Mayaland, so they are ready and waiting for you at the correct times.

If you’d like to add this service to your booking, please do so on the group booking page.

Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with us at hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.

Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
