PRICING
One fee, no surprises
Before we get to work on the booking process for you, we require a one time retainer fee of $500 USD as a commitment to our services. That’s it, you’ll never pay us more and you officially have expert agents advising and managing your destination wedding booking and more.
WHAT’S INCLUDED

Step one is to fill out our free venue research form. This will help us narrow down the perfect venues that will fit your wants and needs. You can find a link directly to this form on our contact page.
Next, we’ll schedule a free phone consultation with you to go over your questionnaire answers and discuss some options that might fit your vision and budget well!
Then, we will require a retainer fee in order to begin requesting room rates, connecting you with venues and finding open dates.

We can help each guest with managing their airport transportation, ensuring their ride is there when they need them- including the negotiation of lower group transportation rates.

As locals to Playa Del Carmen, we are happy to schedule pre-wedding site visits with you to help you choose your favorite resort OR we can go on your behalf to record videos of the spaces you’d like to see more in depth.

After your venue has been decided, we communicate with the team at your venue to secure your ideal wedding date, wedding locations and ceremony time.

If you’d like to book group activities for you and your guests we have several options from nature parks to golf trips to private catamaran sails.

We have worked as wedding vendors ourselves in Mexico for over 10 years and we have a list of the most trusted vendors in every region.
We also have a list of resorts’ vendor fees and rules so you know what to budget for that in advance.

We negotiate the room block prices with perks and benefits we can provide to you through our close relationships with resorts.
Perks and benefits may include, early check-in/late check-out, free room upgrades, free additional nights, spa credits, price matching, wedding rental upgrades + more.
We also provide an easy booking process for guests that includes room selections, payment tracking with timely reminders so your guests are always kept up to speed on deposits and remaining balance due dates.

A custom wedding website will be created for you so that everyone can have access to the times and dates of all your wedding events throughout the week, resort/venue information and any additional info they may need.

Through our experience we have made lasting friendships with management at many resorts. This means we have the fastest answers for prices and availability. This also means we sometimes have access to bypass vendor fees for you!
In addition, we have access to wedding calendars for some resorts, so we can have a quicker answer regarding the availability of your desired date. As well as a back channel to book it asap!

From there, it's smooth sailing. Your guests receive a custom booking page with a QR code, making it effortless for them to reserve their rooms and start planning their own trip — no confusion, no back and forth, just a simple link that does the work for you.
Once we understand exactly what you're looking for, we go to work. Using our local contacts and years of relationships with resorts across Mexico, we lock in your venue and negotiate the best possible room pricing for your guests.
