To be considered a part of Sttefany and Stephen’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other booking method. We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at either TRS Coral or Grand Palladium as part of the wedding group.
Guest booked outside of this agreement must pay a separate pass fee to attend each wedding function & event.
July 23rd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust (shift) the dates reserved.
Children under 2 years old are free when sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults.
Prices are based on age at time of check-in.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
TRS Coral and Grand Palladium, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.
Some rooms may have a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony and be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
Please note, “beachside” and “poolside” at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres mean these rooms are closer to the beach or pool.

A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
May 25th, 2026 $300 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
June 1st, 2026 30% of your room total is due.
July 1st, 2026 The remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before June 1st, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between June 1st, 2026 and July 15th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will incur a 1 night penalty charge.
Between July 15th, 2026 and August 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will incur a 2 nights penalty charge.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and TRS Coral will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres or TRS Coral and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres or TRS Coral.

Please Note: It is possible to upgrade to the TRS Coral adults-only side of the resort if you originally booked the family side, upon availability at the time of your request.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travelinsured.com) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Ground transportation costs to Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and TRS Coral and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Sttefany and Stephen, we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
