Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Friday, April 16th, 2027.

To be considered a part of Summer and Nick’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Summer and Nick have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
If the room you want has been sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
February 10th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.

Zoetry Casa del Mar, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.
September 15th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
September 20th, 2026 70% of total room block is due
January 15th, 2027 Remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before September 20th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
Between September 20th, 2026 and January 15th, 2027 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 70%.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 15th, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Zöetry Casa del Mar will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Zöetry Casa del Mar and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Zöetry Casa del Mar.

You will fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)
Ground transportation costs to Zöetry Casa del Mar and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Summer and Nick, we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the San Jose del Cabo (Los Cabos) airport with Transcabo; you can book your service below.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travelinsured.com) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
